1 Item 2 Guys
An upscale pop-up dining experience where we serve one item per drop. It turned into one of my favorite ways to build something with friends and meet people through food.
How it started
The idea started when I went to a friend’s ramen pop-up. While we were in line, my friend joked that I should start my own. A week later, I hosted the first 1 Item 2 Guys pop-up. Since then, it's become a chance for us to create special moments, connect with people, and share our love for food.
A couple things I’m proud of: WhenWhereWhatAustin follows the page, and we’ve had guests fly in from places like Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and across Texas to come try it.
